. Talked with Ted Shepard, he informed me that the project had been withdrawn in 1995.
Developer will need to resubmit ODP to P&Z board. ( new project under LUC & new SS)
2. Vicinity Map does not have a north arrow or scale.
3. Add General Note concerning damage to existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk.
4. Tide Block is incomplete, add project name, Engineer's name, address , phone, and type of
improvement.
5. Plat on sheet 2 of 6 needs to be added to the set of plans.
6. Need to see an overall utility plan showing; detailed drawings of street centerline, R.O.W.,
and Easments.
7. Clarify existing conditions and structures making them easily distinguisable compared to
proposed construction.
8. In final submittal I will need to review plan and profiles of W. Vine Drive and Wood
Street.
9. Provide spot elevations at drive entrance locations on W. Vine Drive and Wood Street.
