Intergovernmental Agreement Advisory Review
1. Would be helpful to City if this property was platted.
2. Driveway access points are part of Centre Ave. design coordinate design, and show detail
with this plan also.
3. Show on this plan the sidewalk connection from parking lot to Centre Ave. as shown on site
plan. Coordinate these plans
4. Show temporary access roadway and construction staging areas.
5. Show dimensions of parking lot layout, drive isles, parking spaces etc.
7. Need to dedicate parking lot as access, utility and drainage easement.
8. Cross sections of swales would be helpful
9. See other comments on red lined plans

s; Make sure that all necessary easements are dedicated and recorded, i.e. offsite grading,
offsite construction, etc.
Please show the limits of construction along Centre Avenue.
r Please provide a cross section of where the temporary access road crosses the swale/ditch.
Provide dimensions, slopes, elevations, etc.
You will have to provide Type III Barricades at the access points off of Centre Avenue until
Centre Avenue is constructed. Include a detail of the barricades and label on the plans.
J, You will need to provide a 15 foot utility easement along the frontage of the property. The
utility easement is located at the back of the walk.
