Steve Olt The north property line appears to bisect a paved area
that may or may not be a parking space ;next to the
handicapped space). Some landscaping (ornamental trees
and shrubs) to screen the parking area should be provided
between the parking and the sidewalk along West Olive
Street. This landscaping would also account for some of
the required interior landscaping for the parking lot, which
is about 2,500 square feet in size (containing 5 or 6
spaces).
Sheri Wamhoff No issues, but if the site plan changes i would like to see it.
CMNT Jenny Nuckols 1. Handicap space need to be an overall width of 16 ft
and signed as van accessible
2. What is proposed for trash and recyclable handling - I
don't any type of enclosure noted on the plan
3. Bicycle parking is required near the main entrance
4. Add 1 more street tree along Olive St.
