Sent to stormwater for their comment Tues Feb 24 -
couldn't get a box to add for them.
I have no issues, but believe that from my conversations
with stormwater that they may require a revised grading
plan to address how the grading and the drainage
between lots will be handled.
PER SHERI W/EXCEPTION OF STORMWATER
Please provide a revised grading plan with new finish Floor
elevations for the detached building that shows haw the
drainage between the structures will be handled.
OK with the condition that a revised grading plan be
provided before any building permit can be issued for
either lot 25 or lot 26.
