DEED OF DEDICATION FOR EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned VILLAGE ON
STANFORD, LLLP, a Colorado limited liability limited partnership, being the owner of certain real
property in Larimer County, Colorado legally described at Reception No. 20090007793 in the Larimer
County, Colorado records ("the Villages on Stanford"), in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby
dedicate, transfer, and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, a
permanent emergency access easement for access over, across, and upon that portion of the Villages on
Stanford which is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof and shown on the site plan of the Villages on Stanford attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this
reference made a part hereof. Use of this Easement shall be limited to access to the Villages on
Stanford by police, fire, medical, and other emergency vehicles and equipment.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort
Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement.
