RE: Thorland Subdivision
Dear Mr. Olt,
This letter is to inform you of my intent to grant a utility easement on my lot at 2124 E. County
Road 36 (Kechter Road) to the city of Fort Collins. I understand that the easement will be 15' and
be located next to the proposed improved Kechter Road ROW (42'). See figure 1 for additional
clarification.
I also understand that care will be taken to preserve the existing large tree that falls within the
easement.
Regards,
rY.

Subject: Re: Lot subdivision on Kechter
Per my conversation with Miles Thorland, Transportation Planning does not see a need for a
pedestrian or bicycle LOS analysis on this lot subdivision.
Thanks,
Denise Weston

Just spoke with a Miles Thorland concerning the need of a TIS for a lot split development
he is desiring. Based on his conversation of one single 6+ acre lot being subdivided into
two lots and one single family residence to be built on the new lot, no vehicular TIS is
needed.
I did provide Denise Weston's number for him to check on a bike/ped review.
