Mountain Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 February 4, 2003 RE: Interchange Business Park, Lot 4 and Lot 6 Dear Mr. Barnaby, We have reviewed the as -built elevation survey by Alpha and Omega Consultants dated January 30, 2003 (please see attached 11x17 copies of this survey). Upon review of these documents, we believe that the spot elevations shown are in substantial compliance with the proposed plan and therefore drainage patterns are consistent with that of the proposed design. As -built finished floor elevations appear to be within reasonable tolerance. The design finished floor elevation for Lot 4 was 4932.20 and has been constructed at elevation 4932.17. The design finished floor elevation for Lot 6 was 4930.60 and has been constructed at elevation 4930.61.
