2. Trees shall not be planted closer than 4 feet to any ggas or electric line and no closer than
10 feet to any water or sewer line. Shrubs shall rot be planted closer than four feet to any
water or sewer line. Tree planting shalt be Coordinated with PublIc Service Company.
Locations of all utilities shall be verified in the field prior to planting.
3. Developer shall ensure that the landscape plan is coordinated with the plans done by other
