STATEMENT OF OWNERSHIP, SUBDIVISION, AND DEDICATION
Know all men by these presents that the undersigned, being the owners of that part of
the Northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Lorimer County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows: Lots 9 and 10, Interchange Business Park: have by these presents caused the
some to be surveyed and subdivided into one lot to be known as The Amended Plat of
Lots 9 and 10, Interchange Business Park, and do hereby dedicate for private use
hereafter the roads as are laid out and designated on this plot, and do also reserve
perpetual easement for the installation and maintenance of utilities and for irrigation and
drainage facilities as are laid out and designated on this plat.
