_General Notes:

9 - All handicap parking spaces and ramps are to be
verified with civil engineer for grading , drainage, and
accessible route considerations. Handicap parking spaces
should slope no more than 1:48 in any direction. All
accessible routes should slope no more than 1:20 in
direction of travel and no more than 1:48 cross slope.
10- Remove existing bollards located on south side of
parking lot and 5 wheel stops on north side of parking lot.
11- Colored concrete pads will be buff colored (to match
building), score marks for pattern, see Sheet 3 of 3.
12- Building Envelope shall not extend into ROW.
13- Property Owner responsible for maintenance of
specialty pavement within the ROW.
