10. TREES SHALL NOT BE PLANTED CLOSER THAN FOUR FEET TO ANY GAS OR ELECTRIC
LINE AND NO CLOSER THAN 10 FEET TO ANY WATER OR SEWER UNE. SHRUBS SHALL
NOT BE PLANTED CLOSER THAN FOUR FEET TO ANY WATER OR SEWER LINE. TREE
PLANTING SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY AND CITY UTILITIES.
LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES SHALL BE VERIFIED IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO PLANTING. A
HORIZONTAL DISTANCE OF 40 FEET BETWEEN STREET TREES AND STREET LIGHTS SHALL
BE MAINTAINED.
11. DEVELOPER SHALL ENSURE THAT THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IS COORDINATED WITH THE
PLANS DONE BY OTHER CONSULTANTS SO THAT THE PROPOSED GRADING, STORM
DRAINAGE, OR OTHER CONSTRUCTION DOES NOT CONFLICT NOR PRECLUDE INSTALLATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS ON THIS PLAN.
12. EXISTING TREES MARKED FOR PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION SHALL NOT BE REMOVED.
13 ALL RUSSIAN OLIVE TREES TO BE REMOVED ALONG REAR OF LOTS 2-5.
14 CITY OF FORT COINS SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE ANY REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
IRRIGATION SYSTEM PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
