ORDINANCE NO. 60, 1985
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING STREETS AND EASEMENTS AT PARK PLACE
AT THE LANDINGS
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate all streets and easements at Park Place at the Landings; and
WHEREAS, on December 17, 1984 the Planning and Zoning Board approved
the Somerset, P.U.D., which P.U.D. replatted Park Place at the Landings;
and
WHEREAS, all streets and easements designated on the plat of Park
Place at the Landings need to be vacated to accommodate the replat as the
Somerset, P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and indicate no problems
with the vacations; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all streets and easements dedicated on the plat of Park Place
at the Landings be, and they hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of May, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of June, A.D. 1985.

BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS AND
RIGHTS -OF -WAY DEDICATED ON THE PLAT OF
PARK PLACE
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate certain
easements and rights -of -way dedicated on the plat of Park Place as are more
particularly set out below; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said easements and rights -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain easements and rights -of -way as dedicated on the
plat of Park Place and as set out more particularly as follows, to -wit:
All easements and rights -of -way dedicated on the plat of
Park Place at the Landings, P.U.D., Book No. 1938, Page
No. 0743
be, and the same hereby are, abated, vacated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of September , A.D. 1981, and to be presented for
