DEED OF DEDICATION
THIS DEED, made this // " day of April, 1989, between
SOUTH TAFT HILL INVESTMENTS, LTD., a Colorado Limited
Partnership, County of Larimer, State of Colorado ("the
Grantor"), the mailing address of which is 4680 Jason, Denver,
Colorado 80211, and THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a
municipal Corporation, the mailing address of which is 300 West
LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 ("the Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) to the Grantor in hand paid by the Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does
dedicate and convey to the Grantee for public use the following
real property in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more
)rirticularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
IN ADDITION THERETO, the Grantor grants to the Grantee a
temporary construction easement, being described more fully on
Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property above described unto
the Grantee and its successors forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this Deed of
Dedication on the day and year first above written.
