CRY OF GREELEY - NOTES FOR WATER LINE EASEMENT
1. All easements and rlghteof-way crossing the city of greatly oown t are subject to
the right of said city of greeley easement.
2. There shall be no permanent structures, concrete slabs, detention pods, forms, waft,
trees, or other, landscaping or banns greater then 3 feet at nurture growth, or ether
obstructions within the city of greeley easement. No cover shall be removed andlor
added whhod written p•mNeslon from City of Greeley water engineer.
3. There shall be no other utilities within the city of greeby easement except of right angle
crossings and unless previously approved by the City of grestey, water & sewer
department. All plans shall be submitted during the design phase at least two weeks
prior to construction and shelf show poddedbcations and elevations in plan and proMe
view- Greeley water & sewer will issue appropriate crossing approval.
4. In the event that excavation is required for the City of Greeley water pipelines due to
water pipeline repairs, replacement a other operations, the excavation will be bw dkd
safely but surface mtaation well not be done byl or at the expense of the Guy of
Greeley.
