PZ88-4 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING AN EASEMENT IN A PART OF LOT 10 OF THE SUBDIVISION OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER WHEREAS, Section 2-353(4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate cer- tain easements and rights of way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHEREAS, the owner of a part of Lot 10 of the Subdivision of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has requested a vacation of portions of the drainage easement across said lot; and WHEREAS, all City agencies and utilities and other utility companies have been contacted and express no objections to the proposed vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins that the utility easement, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: A 20.00 foot wide easement situate in a part of Lot 10 of the Subdivision of West Half of Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-seven, Township Seven North, Range Sixty-nine West of the 6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado lying 10.00 feet on either side of the centerline which begins at a point on the East line of said Lot 10 which bears N 00°04' W 155.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 10 and run thence N 84029115/1 W 221.40 feet. be and hereby is vacated. Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 25th day of Apri3, A.D. 1988. Chairman
