OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
DEDICATED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE UPPER MEADOW AT MIRAMONT P.U.D., lst FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain
rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing
notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor and Owner of certain temporary utility
easements and temporary drainage easements adjacent to Boardwalk
Drive dedicated to the City in conjunction with the Upper Meadow at
Miramont P.U.D., lst Filing has requested that the City vacate said
easements; and
WHEREAS, the easements are no longer necessary and the
vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent
City and private utilities, and they have no objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins that the temporary drainage
easement, the temporary utility easement, and the temporary
drainage easement recorded with the Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder on :January 20, 1993 under reception numbers #93003972;
#93003973; and #93003974 be and are hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 25th day of
October, A.D. 1993.
