OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL
SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF A
UTILITY, DRAINAGE, AND ACCESS EASEMENT, LOCATED ON LOT 1 OF ST.
E;LIZABETH SETON CATHOLIC CHURCH, P.U.D.
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes
the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate certain easements by
resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of a utility, drainage,
and access easement located on Lot 1 of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, P.U.D, which
vacation is more particularly described on Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objection to the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning and Environmental
Services of the City of Fort Collins, that a portion of a utility, drainage, and access easement,
more particularly described on Exhibit "A" and attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference, is hereby vacated.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR A PORTION OF AN UTILITY, DRAINAGE AND ACCESS
EASEMENT TO BE VACATED
A portion of a utility, drainage and access easement situate in the Southwest quarter of
Section 6, T ownsnip 6 North. Range 68 West, of the 6" P.M., City of Fort Collins, County
of Latimer, State of Coicradc, also beine within Lot 1, St. Elizabeth Setcn Catholic
Church, P.U.D., a subdivision on record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of said
County and being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of said Southwest quarter as bearing North 00003'20" East
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 6; thence North 2905731" East
474.47 feet to a point on an existing utility, drainage and access easement; thence along
said easement, North 45000'00" East 57.74 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of
this description; thence continuing along said easement the following two (2) courses
and distances; (1) North 45000'00" East 92.26 feet; (2) North 00000'00" East 33.00 feet;
thence North 35°00'00" West 40.28 feet: thence South 55°00'00" West 124.61 feet;
thence South 45°05".3" East 84.64 feet to the true point of beginning. The above
described easement vacation contains 8,480 square feet more or less.
