Gentlemen:
The following comments are made with regard to the Larkborough
Subdivision in the southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 7
North, Range 69 West, Larimer County, Colorado:
The subdivision parallels the westerly right of way line of the
Colorado and Southern Railway north of Harmony Road. It is
requested that in the area where actual housing will be located,
namely Lots 11 through 20, Block 1, that a chain link fence be
erected to prevent trespass on railway property.
Also, information should be sent to our Chief Engineer, Mr. J. E.
Daume, regarding the protection to the railway company's embankment
with regard to the creation of detention ponds in Tract B of the
Subdivision.
It is also noted that Troutman Parkway deadends at the westerly
right of way of the Colorado and Southern. I trust that future
requests will not be made for grade crossing at this location.
Very ruly yours,
E, Manager
