Dear Mauri:
This is to confirm our conversation held in your office Wednesday,
February 14, 1979, where two (2) members of the Planning staff (John
and Kathy) were present. It vas agreed that to be on the March 20, 1979
City Council agenda we would have to make submittal of final utility
plans and final plat drawings to you for the Whaler's Cove, Park Place,
and Wharf Phase II projects no later than February 27, 1979. This
assumes an acceptable quality of plans with minimal conditions resulting.
With reference to the Whaler's Cove project, we will be submitting
final plans for all but Area C (see Preliminary Plan). We would prefer
to do any necessary street design on Harmony Road adjacent to this
project as a part of the Area C utility plans rather than as a part
of the present utility plans. Please advise me should that not be
acceptable to you.
Thank you for your consideration.
Very truly yours,

Dear Don and Mauri:
Submitted herewith are the necessary documents for your review and
approval of the Park Place and Whalers Cove utility plans. Items speci-
fically transmitted are as follows:
1. Six (6) copies of Whalers Cove at The Landings PUD utility
plans; --
2. Six (6) copies of Park Place at The Landings POD utility plans;
 77
3. Two (2) copies of a letter covering storm drainage/detention
calculations showing compliance to the previously submitted
Master Storm Drainage Report; and
4. One (1) copy of the Soils Report for The Landings IV/Park
Place area. Field work has been completed for The Whalers
Cove subsurface investigation and the laboratory tests are
being run. Therefore, the Whalers Cove Soils Report will be
available around March 7.
Please note that copies of the plat are bound with their respective utility
Plans. Mauri has requested we do this when possible.
It is our understanding that this submittal is in time for these projects
to be approved and placed on the March 20, 1979 City Council agenda.
As this is tight timing for your staff, Dennis Donovan or I will be immedi-
ately available to discuss or make any necessary changes or additions.
Dennis will also be the contact in our office to coordinate utility agree-
ment signature by the developer.
