COMMENTS: 1. All exterior portions of the first story of all structures must be within 150 feet of fire equipment access points. 2. Parking/landscaping requirements must be met. 3. New storm drainage reports must be submitted. 4. Adequate turning radii for fire equipment must be provided in private drives. 5. Water service disconnections will be necessary. Sewer abandonments may also be needed. 6. Applicant should evaluate need for access drive across front of the church site. College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524 Dear Bob, Staff has reviewed the Landings PUD, 3rd Replat, 4th Filing Final and has the following comments: 1. Total area of tract should be noted within tract. 2. A repay for the Warren Lake Trunk Sewer will be assessed to the property. 3. Ditch company must review building and landscape plans. A note specifying this is to be added to the Dlat. 4. Existing ROW and easements are to be vacated. 5. Are access easements for the fire department needed? This item is scheduled to be considered at the December 19, 1983 P & Z Board meeting. Revised plans addressing the above comments are to be submitted to the Planning office on Monday, December 5. Reductions (81," X 11") of the plat are to be submitted on December 12.
