Box 580 t-on: Collins, CU dU526-Ub6o Dear Ms Wamhoff, This letter is to request an extension of the active status of the Gateway at Harmony PUD (lot 3) Amended Preliminary and Final, (Maken II PUD)-#1-88J. This is for the 11,685 square foot one story retail building between McDonnell's and Jiffy Lube at the Northwest corner of College Avenue and Harmony Road. We have been delayed due to a restructuring of a corporate tenant who would be occupying more than half of the building. They are now in a position to move ahead, and therefore we would like to be assured that our project approval status is on course. If there is additional information you need or action required on my part please let me know. I have recently alerted the engineer to proceed with the utility plan submittal reflecting the changes requested by the City staff.
