Re: Lot 6 Centre for Advanced Technology Office Park (2nd filing replat)
This letter is to provide the owners of lot 6, building envelopes B & H and W.J. Frick
Design Group, P.C. the authorization to process an administrative change through the City
of Fort Collins to extend the building envelope to the property lines, on pad B and to
extend the east, north and west building envelope lines to the property lines on pad H and
to extend the south building envelope line T south from the existing building envelope
line, the remaining 9' to the property line will remain a blanket utility easement. Building
B is to have 3000 sq.ft. of buildable area and Building H is to have 3516 sq.ft. of buildable
area. This authorization is for lot 6 only and is based on the preliminary drawings of the
building dated 11/15/96.
