To Whom it may Concern,
The following statement and attached drawing are hereby submitted for the purpose of vacating a
portion ( approx. 10 sq. ft.) of the blanket easement surrounding lot 3 of the 6`s filing of the above
referenced project. Please reference the attached sketch and legal description for the specific area.
The purpose of this vacation is to accommodate one corner of the proposed building which extends
slightly outside the building envelope and into the easement. It is not anticipated that any utility,
parking, or drainage would be disrupted by this minor vacation. Please do not hesitate to contact
me if you have any questions or require further clarification.
