Number of Employees: Five employees, which includes three owners. Typically,
there are three occupants in the building at one time. This
is because 90% of the business is conducted outside of Fort
Collins, and out-of-state. Approximately 20% of the
business is done within Fort Collins. But most of it is done
over the internet, or by mail, and requires very little
attention inside the office.
Customer Information: Approximately four customers are serviced each week.
This small number is due to the fact that the majority of the
customers are out of town or out of state.
Parking: There are four parking spaces on the property, which are
reserved for customers. The employees park in the
Knights of Columbus parking lot.
