Dear Cam,
The following is a request for a variance in the Shaw Replat.
IDENTIFYING ISSUE:
The Shaw Replat has a common driveway access onto Elm Street between Lots 2 and 3 that does
not have the 25-foot straight at 900 to the street.
ALTERNATE DESIGN:
This variance requested is to allow the driveway to be straight at 90' to the street for a distance
of 15 feet.
COMPARING TO STANDARDS:
There will be no impact on capital or maintenance requirements, or costs.
JUSTIFICATION:
I ) The first reason is to save a 4.5-foot diameter cottonwood tree that is on the property line.
2) The second reason is to miss the house that is located on the lot per building code.
