OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING THE TWO 6 FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENTS
ALONG THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS 1 AND 2 OF
THE COLLINDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION
w ' WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate
i=: certain easements and rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval
U of replats containing notation of such vacation; and

n WHEREAS, the Owner of Lots 1 and 2 of the Collindale

u F4 Industrial Park Subdivision has requested the vacation of the two
6 foot wide utility easements dedicated along the common lot line
a''u of Lots 1 and 2 with the plat of Collindale Industrial Park
"' Subdivision and more particularly described on Exhibit "A",
*� attached hereto and incorporated herewith by this reference; and

WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved
DE, by the pertinent City and private utility agencies and they
o� report no objections.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
�a Board of the City of Fort Collins, that the two 6 foot wide
utility easements dedicated along the common lot line of Lots 1

�'. Subdivision, and more particularly described on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herewith, be and is hereby

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT VACATION
COLLINDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION
The two 6 foot wide utility easements along the common lot line
of Lots 1 and 2 of the Collindale Industrial Park Subdivision
more particularly described and shown on the plat, of record in
the office of the Larimer County, Colorado Clerk and Recorder,
entitled ,Collindale Industrial Park" situate in the Southeast
Quarter of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
