Dear Tom:
Staff has reviewed the third_ amendment to the Pier,_PUD and has the following
comments:
I. Submit residential density point chart.
2. Drainage calculations need to be revised on sheet 5 of utility drawings.
3. The proposed retail building appears to be short on parking. Please
justify amount of parking provided.
4. Proposed retail building is not adequately setback from Harmony Road.
Building and parking should be located no closer than approved 7-11
building.
5. Provide building elevations for proposed retail building.
6. Landscaping is to be provided along the west side of proposed retail
building.
7. Indicate distance from building "W" to west property line.
Revised plans addressing the above comments are to be submitted to the
Planning and Development office on July 2, 1984. On Monday, July 16, 1984,
82"xll" reductions, 10 copies of site and landscape plans, and colored render-
ings are to be submitted. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any
questions.
