ORDINANCE NO. 8 , 1987
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ANNEXING APPROXIMATELY 5.00 ACRES OF PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE EAST VINE DRIVE 9TH ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described below has been entirely
contained within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins for more than
three (3) year prior to this date; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Fort Collins to
annex said area to the City, as required by the terms of the
Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and Larimer County, Colorado,
dated August 3, 1983; and
WHEREAS, (Resolution 86-198 setting forth the intent of the City
Council to annex said area has heretofore been adopted; and
WHEREAS, notice of this annexation has been given pursuant to the
annexation laws of the State of Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1. That the following described property
A tract of land situated in the SW 1/4 of Section 5, Township 7
North, Range 68 West, of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State
of Colorado, which considering the south line of the southwest
1/4 of said Section 5 as bearing S 89010'50" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto, commencing at the SW
corner of said Section 5, thence S 89°10'50" E 1473.72 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence S 89'10'50" E 400.00 feet;
thence N 00°49'10" E 596.71 feet; thence N 89'10'50" W 146.00
feet; thence S 00°49'10" W 82.22 feet; thence N 89'10'50" W
254.00 feet; thence S 00°49'10" W 514.49 feet to the true point
of beginning.
The above described tract contains 5.00 acres more or less.

said City, to be known as the East Vine Drive 9th Annexation.
Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort
Collins, the City of Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting
the construction of water mains, sewer lines, gas mains, electric service
lines, streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the
territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That no building permit shall be issued for any of the
lands herein described unless said lands have been zoned under the zoning
ordinances of the City.

ANNEXING APPROXIMATELY 4.964 ACRES OF PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE EAST VINE DRIVE 8TH ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described below has been entirely
contained within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins for not less
than three (3) years prior to this date; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Fort Collins to
annex said area to the City, as required by the terms of the
Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and Larimer County, Colorado,
dated August 3, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 87-87 setting forth the intent of the City Council
to annex said area has heretofore been adopted; and
WHEREAS, notice of this annexation has been given pursuant to the

true point of beginning; thence N 88°15'16" E 500.01 feet; thence
N 00002'444" W 425.17 feet; thence S 89°57'16" W 499.79 feet;
thence S 00'02'44" E 440.05 feet to the true point of beginning.
The above described tract of land contains 4.964 acres more or
