BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING
A PORTION OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT
ON LOT 2, BLOCK 1, THUNDERBIRD ESTATES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That a portion of that certain access easement located on Lot 2, Block
1, Thunderbird Estates, 9th Filing, more fully described as follows:
The western 20 feet of that certain access easement
located on the northern property line of Lot 2, Block
1, Thunderbird Estates, 9th Filino,
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated, and abolished.
The easement herein vacated is not needed for any municipal purpose,
a substitute easement having been provided therefor.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of September, 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of September, 1979.
