PLAT w� w w WHEREAS., Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the w m G- Planning and 'boning Board to vacate certain rights -of --way, by resolution or by approval of replats ocontaining notation of such vacation; and 0 w WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate two portions of a blanket open w H space, drainage, utility and access easement on the Willow Springs North Plat more particularly E- a, m described on Exhibit `A'; and U 0 o WHEREAS., the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City and cU o0 >4 private utilities, and they report no objections.
