EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners
and lienholders of the following described land, to -wit, do hereby
dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for public use forever, a temporary drainage easement in the City of
Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this
dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of
maintenance of such easement.

more particularly described as follows:
Considering the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Sec-
tion 26 as bearing North 89°54' West from a found number 4 rebar
at the Southeast corner of said Section 26, to a found rebar at
the South Quarter corner of said Section 26:
Commencing at the South Quarter corner of said Section 26;
