The Owners of the Spring Creek Professional Park P.U.D. have submitted an Administrative Change to allow the construction of a gazebo adjacent to Lot 12 along Spring Creek. The area platted outside the building envelopes is a dedicated access, utility, drainage, and postal easement. Therefore, the portion of the easement beneath the proposed structure must be vacated since no structures are allowed to encroach into a platted easement. The request has been reviewed by the public and private utilities, the Poudre Fire Authority, and the Postal Service and they report no objections to the proposed vacation. Therefore, the applicant's Administrative Change request has been approved with the condition that the portion of the blanket easement beneath the proposed gazebo be vacated.
