BEID!G AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN TILACT 1
OF THE REPLAT 01' SPRINGMEADOWS ON SPRING CREEK
WHEREAS, the owners of the property affected by the same have
requested that. the City vacate a utility easement located in Tract 1 of the
Replat of Springmeadows on Spring Crock Subdivision, said easement being
more particularly described below; and
WHEREAS, said easement has no utilities installed therein and the
same is not needed for municipal purposes nor will it be needed in the future
for municipal purposes, and the necessary easements to substitute for the same
have been granted to the City; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins
will in no way be prejudiced by the vacation of said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described utility easement located in Tract 1 of
the Replat of Springmeadows on Spring Creek Subdivision, to -wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th P-1., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado; thence S. 89056' IV, 168.46 feet;
thence N. 00009' E. 40.00 feet to the true point of begin-
ning; thence N. 00009' E, 3S7.00 feet; thence S. 89056'
IV, 31.00 feet; thence N. 10.00 feet; thence E. 41.00 foot;
thence S. 00009' 1'17, 367.00 feet; thence IV, 10.00 feet to
the true point of beginning;
be and the sacrie hereby is abolished, vacated and abated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 21st day of December, A.D. 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the
11th day of January, A.D. 1973.
