Amendment Agreement No.1
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this --"k day of _ ,
198 , by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COURADO, a municipal
corporation ("City"), and POUDRE VALLEY CONSTRUCTION CO.,INC., a Colorado
corporation, ("Developer"), is an amendment to that certain Subdivision
Agreement dated the 24th day of March, 1983, by and between the City and
the Developer. By this Agreement, the aforesaid Subdivision Agreement is
hereby amended in the following particulars:
A. The following is added to paragraph 2.D.:
2.0. The Developer agrees to complete the design of Shields Street
per City requirements and obtain approval of the City of said design
prior to the commencement of any construction of this Development.
B. The last sentence of paragraph 3, Exhibit "A" shall be deleted and
replaced with the following:
The construction of Shields Street shall be completed prior to the
release of more than six (6) building permits.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands the day
and year first written.
