RESOLUTION NO. PZ90-7
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 30
IN SOUTHMOOR VILLAGE 6TH FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain
easements and rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of
replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 30 in Southmoor Village 6th Filing
in the City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has
requested a vacation of a portion of a utility easement on said
Lot 30; and
WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved
try the pertinent utility agencies and departments.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins that the utility easement more
particularly described as:
That part of the utility easement over the easterly ten
feet of :Lot 30 in Southmoor Village 6th Filing, City of
Fort Coll -ins, Larimer County, Colorado which is contained
within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the
northerly line of said Lot 30, which bears N 80 50' W,
5.00 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 30, and
run thence S 08 27' 09" W 87.12 feet to the southerly
line of said Lot 30; thence along said southerly line,
N 70 50' W 5.09 feet to the westerly line of the ten foot
wide utility easement; thence along said westerly line,
N 08 27' 09" E 86.23 feet to the northerly line of said
Lot 30; thence along said northerly line, S 80 50' E 5.00
feet to the point of beginning
is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and
xoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 21st day of May,
A.D. 1990.

ORDINANCE NO. 32, 1979
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A
PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT ON
LOT 188, SOUTHMOOR VILLAGE, SEVENTH FILING
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of a
utility easement on Lot 188, Southmoor Village, Seventh Filing, in the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, as more particularly described below; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement is not needed by the City of Fort
Collins; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will, in no way, be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said utility easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described utility easement, to -wit:
A part of the utility easement on Lot 188, Southmoor
Village, Seventh Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado, which
begins at a point which bears North 89024' E 10.00 feet
and again South 00*36' E 8.00 feet from the northwest
corner of said Lot 188 and run thence North 89024' E
82.00 feet; thence South 00*36' E 9.84 feet; thence
South 02*22' W 10.17 feet; thence South 89*24' W
3.48 feet; thence North 00*36' W 18.00 feet; thence
South 89*24' W 56.22 feet; thence South 47*36' W 29.21
feet; thence North 00036' W 21.47 feet to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 13th day of March, A.D. 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the loth day of April, A.D. 1979.

State of Colorado, which is contained within the boundary lines which begin at
a point on the northerly line of said Lot 30, which bears N 80' 50' W 5.00 feet
from the Northeast corner of said Lot 30, and run thence S 08' 27' 09" W 87.12
feet to the southerly line of said Lot 30; thence along said southerly line,
N 700 50' W 5.09 feet to the westerly line of the ten (10) foot wide utility
easement; thence along said westerly line, N 08' 27' 09" E 86.23 feet to the
