ORDINANCE: NO. 36, 1972,
BEING .AN ORDINANCE VACATING BLOCK 2, RESUBDIVISION OF THE
FIRST RI:PLAI' 01: A PARTOF TRACT "F" OF SOU'IIi�IOOR VILLAGE,
SECOND FILING
WIIEREAS, heretofore there was presented to the City of Fort Collins
and approved by the City, a plat of certain lands known as Resubdivision of
the First Replat of a Part of Tract "F" of Southmoor Village, Second Filing; and
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council requesting
that Block 2 of said Subdivision be vacated in order that the owners of said
property may replat the same; and
WHEREAS, because of such proposed replat, the streets and easements
in said Block 2 are not needed and will not be needed for municipal purposes,
and the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will in no way be
prejudiced by the vacation of said portion of said Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Block 2 of the Resubdivision of the First Replat of a Part of Tract
"F" of Soutlm;oor Village, Second Filing, and all streets and easements contained
therein be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abolished and abated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of June A.D., 1972, and to be presented for final passage on
the 13th day of July A.D., 1972.
