OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING THE ACCESS PORTION OF AN ACCESS AND
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT THE SHORES OFFICE PARK PUD
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned

to vacate an access and utility easement located at The Shores Office Park
P.U.D., set forth in more particular below; and

WHEREAS, the approved utility drawing for this P.U.D. indicates a six

inch (6") water main in this easement; and

WHEREAS, because of this water main and Mountain Bell lines located in

the easement, staff recommends vacating only the access portion of the

easement; and

WHEREAS, all other utility companies have been contacted and indicate

no problems with the vacation; and

WHEREAS, a replacement access and utility easement has been dedicated

by the owners of The Shores Office Park P.U.D. and will be accepted by the

City at the same time this vacation ordinance is approved and adopted; and

WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will

in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
