For approval by the Municipal Plannin,; ain' Zoning Board and

of this agreement, it is mutually agreed as follows*
1. First party a=ees that said subdivision plat shall be,
and the same is hereby approved.
2. In consideration of the approval of said plat b,- first
party, and first party's Planning and -onin- Board, second party agrees
as follows:
(A) To submit to first party ti,e following detailed
improvement plan., acco.'.;able to the first party:
(1) A plan of the proposed wat::_� ?istribution system
Including the connecting pipelines to the points of connection to the
first, party's existing water distribution system and s.:.inL*, all valves
and fire hydrants.
(2) Plans and profiles of the prox:oscd s mnitary s _, ;er
s;;-stem including all manholes and connections to to first party's
existing sanitary sever system.
(3) A plan of the proposed electrical distrib�)t -1 rye
including connecting lines to the first party's existing elect,rLaal
distribution system and including all street
(4) Plans and profiles of all street incD,,vo,'nents,
(r) Plans and profiles of the prcposcc' �,_ drainage
system sho•ming the connections to the first partyls s,�rstem
and includin„ all storm sewer inlets and manholes,
(6) Items A(1) to A(5) inclusive are to be financed by th,
party of the second part, excepting only Item (3) electrical distrihutiul
system. All material required for street lights are to be paic.f.r by
the party of the second part to the Light & Power Department of t. Ci'cyo
In the event the City of Fort Collins shall require larger
wa'r mains, sanitary sewer mains or storm se,r.,er mains to be constructed
