SUBDIVISION (DEVELOPMENT) AGREEMENT

The Subdivision Agreement for National Car Rental PUD, dated September 28,
1981, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Time Extension. The developer is asking permission to extend the
requirement for installation of certain landscaping beyond the
deadline of July 1, 1982 as indicated in the herein mentioned
subdivision agreement and on the site plan approved by the Plan-
ning and Zoning Board for this PUD. The City agrees to issue a
certificate of occupancy under the following conditions:
A. The developer agrees to complete the installation of land-
scaping indicated on the approved site and landscape plan as
it abuts the north wall of the two existing buildings at such
time as Troutman Parkway adjacent to the property is completed
and accepted by the City.
B. The developer agrees to complete the installation of land-
scaping indicated on the approved site and landscaping plans
located in the east one hundred and twenty-five (125) feet
of the property at such time as Troutman Parkway adjacent to
the property is completed and accepted by the City.
