STREETS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY
The CITY OF FORT COLLINS, a Municipal Corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado,
does hereby accept the conveyance and dedication of the streets
and rights -of -way as more fully described in that certain Quit
Claim Deed dated March 19, 1986, in which First Interstate Bank
of Fort Ccllins, N.A. is the Grantor, and the City of
Fort Collins„ a Municipal Corporation, is the Grantee, and which
Quit Claim Deed was recorded on March 24, 1986, at Reception
No. 86014730 of the Larimer County, Colorado records.

THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED is made this 19th day of March, 1986,
by and between FIRST INTERSTATE BANK OF FORT COLLINS, N.A., the
mailing address of which is 205 West Oak, Fort Collins, Colorado
80521, hereinafter referred to as "the Grantor," and the CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, a Municipal Corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Colorado, the address of which is
Post Office Box 580, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522, hereinafter
referred to as "the Grantee."
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to the
Grantor in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is
herebv confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, sold,
conveyed, quit claimed and dedicated and by these presents does
remise, release, sell, convey, quit claim and dedicate unto the
Grantee, its successors ani assigns, for public use, forever, all
of the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the Grantor
has in and to the following described real property situate in
the County of Larimer and State of Colorado, to -wit:
All streets and rights -of -way as are laid out and
designated on the F.eplat of Greenbriar Subdivision
recorded on the 15th day of August, 1985, at Reception
No. 85040230 of the Larimer County, Colorado records,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatsoever, of the Grantor, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
Grantee, its successors and assigns.
IN WIT14ESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has exe.uted this Quit Claim
Deed the day and year first above written.
