NLANT NOTES
1. All plant materials shall be in accordance with AAN
specifications for Number One Grade.
2. All turf areas shall be Irrigated with an automatic pop-up
irrigation system. All shrub beds and trees to be irrigated
with an automatic drip (trickle) irrigation system.
3. All trees to be belled 6 burlapped.
6. All shrub beds to be mulched with gravel or pole peelings (3n
average depth) on typar filter fabric.
3. Cdging between grass and shrub beds shall be 1/8nx ♦v steel
get level with top of sod.
6. All turf areas to be sodded or seeded with various blends as
shown on the plans.
1. A free permit must be obtained from the City Forester before
any trees or shrubs as noted on this plan are planted,
pruned, or removed on the public right-of-way.

Landscape Architect prior to construction.

during construction as required by site conditions. Overall

installed or secured with an irrevocable letter of credit,
performance bond, or escrow account for 1252 of the
