RE: CAT 5TH FILING
Dear Ms. Hayes:
I am writing you this letter to request variance from the City
policy that no storm pipes can be placed under buildings. The
pipes were all sized and capable of draining a 100 year plus
developed design storm. The calculations for the pipes are in
the drainage report or the addendum to the drainage report.
I appreciate your attention on this matter.
Sincerely,
RBD, Inc.

Dear Bob:
This is to certify, to you, that on the 9th day of November, A.D. 1988,
an "As Built" survey of the detention ponds and drainage system at the
Centre' For Advanced Technology, Fifth Filing, City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, was made under my supervision.
The ponds and storm drainage pipes were built substantially as designed
on Sheet 3 of 9 of the utility plans prepared by R.B.D. , Inc. and dated
October 1987. The three ponds have their capacity as designed. The
enclosed plan shows the "As Built" spot elevations.
If you have any questions concerning the drainage system, please call.
Sincerely,
Richard Rutherfor , P.E. & L.S.
