OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF THE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
DEDICATED ON TRACT E OF THE FIRST REPLAT
OF COBBLESTONE CORNERS P.U.D.
s, WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain
rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing
notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of Lots 19 and 22 of the First Replat of
� Cobblestone Corners P.U.D. has requested that the City vacate a
f portion of the utility and drainage easement dedicated on Tract E
adjacent to said lots and more particularly described on Exhibit
i "A" attached hereto and incorporated herewith by this reference;
and
WHEREAS, the Owner of Tract E, First Replat of Cobblestone
Corners P.U.D. has been notified of the vacation request and
reports no objection; and
WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved
by the pertinent City and private utilities, and they report no
objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins, that the portion of the utility
and drainage easement dedicated on Tract E of the First Replat of
Cobblestone Corners P.U.D., more particularly described on Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and incorporated herewith by this reference,
be and is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and
Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 22nd day of
A.D. 1994.

EXHIBIT "A"
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT VACATION
Two parts of Tract E of the First Replat of Cobblestone Corners P.U.D.,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which are
contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the
westerly line of Lot 19 of said First Replat of Cobblestone Corners
P.U.D. which bears N 28' 26' 18" W 27.50 feet from the southwest corner
of said Lot 19, and run thence N 28° 26' 18" W 5.00 feet; thence
S 610 33' 42" W 2.00 feet; thence S 28' 26' 18" E 5.00 feet; thence
N 610 33' 42" E 2.00 feet to the point of beginning, AND ALSO begin
at a point on the easterly line of Lot 22 of said First Replat of
Cobblestone Corners P.U.D. which bears N 28' 26' 18" W 27.50 feet from
the southeast corner of said Lot 22, and run thence N 28' 26' 18" W
5.00 feet; thence N 61' 33' 42" E 2.00 feet; thence S 28' 26' 18" E
5.00 feet; thence S 61' 33' 42" W 2.00 feet to the point of beginning.
