OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
EAST 35.00 FEET OF LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 81 CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
Planning and Zoning Board to accept dedication of certain easements by resolution or by
approval of replats containing notation of such dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has presented to the City deeds of dedication of a utility
easement on the real property known as the East 35.00 feet of Lots 9 and 10, Block 8,
City of Fort Collins, which easement is more particularly described on Exhibits "A" and
"B" attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the dedication has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objections to the dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Fort Collins, that the Deed of Dedication for Easement conveying a utility easement to
the City on the East 35.00 feet of Lots 9 and 10, Block 8, City of Fort Collins, which deed
is attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B" and are incorporated herein by this reference,
is hereby accepted.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Plar ng and�r(g Board of the
City of Fort Collins held this 10`h day of April A.D. 2003.

County of Larimer, State of Colorado which begins at a point on the North line of said Lot 9
which bears West 5.80 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 9 and run thence West 2.20 feet
along the said North line; thence South 21.00 feet; thence East 5.00 feet; thence South 104.00
feet; thence West 5.00 feet; thence South 75.00 feet; thence East 8.00 feet to the Southeast corner
of said Lot 10, thence North 194.20 feet along the East line of said Lots 9 and 10, thence
N4500010011W 8.20 feet to the point of beginning.
