Previous comment still applies. The pole may only be
extended the minimum height to provide seperation from
existing antenna. The Current Planning Department will
only support a ten foot extension. Any additional height
must be justified through appropriate studies that
demonstrate a 10 foot increase will not provide adequate
seperation from existing antennas.

the applicant is requesting an additional 20 feet to the
existing pole height. The additional 20 feet is excessive.
The pole height may only be extended the minimum
amount to achieve minimum seperation from the
adjacent antenna (estimated to be 10 feet).
A revised Engineering letter stating the failure of the
pole will need to be submitted.

The additional 20 feet in height has been approved
based on information submitted by Nextel stating that
minimum of 10 feet must be achieved from top of
antenna to bottom of antenna to avoid interferance with
ENGINEERING -DEVELOPMENT REVIEW

Please redo the plans to incorporate your redlines and
clearly label and dimension everything so that it is clear
what you are proposing.

On the red -lined enlarged site plan, it is unclear as to
what is the new building wall, where the trees will be
relocated to and what is curb. It appears that the trees
are within the new wall and there is no new curb line
being shown. All of the sheets submitted need to be
red -lined showing changes. There was no elevation of
the proposed new structure submitted.
