RE: Elliott -Miller Foothills West Subdivision - Preliminary Plan.
As indicated on the above preliminary plan, the lots which are
shown adjacent to Overland Trail could have residences which either
face Overland Trail and thus nave a driveway onto that arterial street,
or face tine side street and 'nave a garage beizind the house with a
driveway onto Overland Trail. The subdivision regulations state,
however, that there is to be no access from an individual lot onto
an arterial street.
Therefore, there should be no driveway access allowed to
Overland Trail.
