Legal description - Tract C, Block 2, Lots 1 thru 7, Edora Acres, 1st filing. Ownership - D & D Partners. Future Ownership - Individual Condominium Owners with an Association responsible for maintenance and upkeep. Zoning - RLM 2. Planning Objectives - This particular site has already been platted into seven lots with a cu'J-d-sac. However, the Lot configuration did not readily lend itself to what we wanted to do. It was deemed that the parking areas be behind the living units and out of sight. It was also deemed that all the Lots would receive the same basic structure with some minor interior alterations. After some deliberations, it was soon oblivious that by embracing the entire site and eliminating the cul-d-sac, greater advantage could be taken of the site. The open area common to all units, with an increased amount of parking was easily realized. Another 4 living units is possible, having the area available the cul-d-sac once consumed. However•, the true advantage lies with the fact the site will be indeed unified in one cohesive development, when finished. As opposed to the usual process where one party subdivides the land in an arbitrary manner, which another party at a later date then locates the buildings on. 3. Development Schedule - A & B immediately C & H 12 - 2 months D & E 4 months F & G 6 - 8 months Adjacent open area and paving to be done at same time. 4. Ownership - see Item 1.
