COMMENTS:
I. Suggest one neighborhood meeting to present both residential and day care
center.
2. Submit project to conform to state handicapped requirements.
3. Concern with building sameness.
4. Utility coordinating meeting required.
5. Meet 150 foot fire department access requirement.
6. Curb cut locations on Hampshire okay - 50'-60' setback from flowline to park-
ing, width and design to match existing cuts.
7. Traffic impact study required at time of PUD submittal. Address impact on
intersections, Hampshire and Valley Forge.
8. Check PUD to the south to determine whether access is still required through
this project.
9. Remove parking on inside of curves.
10. 0' or 19' setback in front of garages.
11. Landscape screening to be provided along west and north property line.
12. Treatment and compatibility of area adjacent to single family units.
13. Check on requirement for ditch maintenance easement or road.
