TAP AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 25 day of
May 19 76 , by and between the LAPORTE WATER AND
SANITATION DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT" and
STEVEN E. DEN and LINDA S. DEN
hereinafter referred to, whether one or more, as "TAPHOLDER";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, District is a legally constituted water and
sanitation district in Larimer County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, Tapholder is desirous of purchasing 1 number
of 4" sewer tap(s) from said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
terms and conditions of this agreement, it is mutually agreed as
follows:
1.. Ta.pholder hereby agrees to purchase said tap(s) for the
fees set by the District and the City of Fort Collins. Such
payment.sha.11 include the cost of tapping onto the District's
line, but all other costs incurred in installing the service line
in connection with the facility to be served shall be paid by
Tapholder. The monies due shall be paid to the City of Fort
Collins with $ 200.00 of said monies then being transferred
to the LaPorte Water and Sanitation District.
2. No tap shall be transferred or conveyed by Tapholder to
any other party until such transfer is consented to by District and
all amounts; due in regard thereto, whether tap fees, service
charges, or otherwise, shall be paid in full prior to such trans-
fer, nor shall any tap be transferred from the premises from which
it was originally purchased without the prior written consent of
District.

3. Tapholder agrees to pay promptly as they become due all
rates and charges for services as set out and established by
the rules and regulations of the District. If such payments are
not so made, then District, in addition to any other remedies
available to it, may terminate all sanitation services to Tapholder
and his property. Upon execution of this agreement, Tapholder
agrees to be bound by all rules and regulations as established from
time to time by District, and all rules, regulations and ordinances
established by the City of Fort Collins and all agreements the
District may have with the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
4. The description of the premises for which these taps
are being purchased is as follows:
Lot 2, Block 9 Cotton Willow Subdivision, aka 2905 Galway Drive.
LaPorte, Colorado
5. It is further expressly agreed that Tapholder shall
execute and deliver to District, at such time and in such manner as
requested by District, for the District's benefit, without further
cost to District, such easement or easements in and over any property
in which Tapholder has an ownership interest as the District may
deem necessary for the construction, utilization, and maintenance
of the District's sanitary sewer system.
IN WI`.PNESS WHEREOF, and that this agreement shall be binding
upon the undersigned, their heirs, personal representatives, suc-
cessors in interest and assigns, the same has been made and entered
into the day and year first above written.

TAP AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 16th day of
June , 1976 , by and between the LAPORTE WATER AND
SANITATION DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT" and
VIKING HOMES
hereinafter referred to, whether one or more, as "TAPHOLDER";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, District is a legally constituted water and
sanitation district in Larimer County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS? Tapholder is desirous of purchasing 5 number
of 4" sewer tap(s) from said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
terms and conditions of this agreement, it is mutually agreed as
follows:
1. Tapholder hereby agrees to purchase said tap(s) for the
fees set by the District and the City of Fort Collins. Such
payment shall include the cost of tapping onto the District's
line, but all other costs incurred in installing the service line
in connection with the facility to be served shall be paid by
Tapholder. The monies due shall be paid to the City of Fort
Coll -ins with $ 1,000.00 of said monies then being transferred
to the LaPorte Water and Sanitation District.
2. No tap shall be transferred or conveyed by Tapholder to
any other party until such transfer is consented to by District and
all amounts due in regard thereto, whether tap fees, service
charges, or otherwise, shall be paid in full prior to such trans-
fer, nor shall any tap be transferred from the premises from which

5. It is further expressly agreed that Tapholder shall
