Dear Mr. Haworth:
The staff has reviewed the request for final PUD approval for Collindale
First Tee and offers the following comments:
1. The following note should be added to the landscape plan:
"A free (no charge) permit must be obtained from the City Forester
before any trees or shrubs as noted on this plan are planted, pruned
or removed on the public right-of-way."
2. The following comments refer to the Grading Plan of the Drainage
Report„
a. Show the proposed contours.
b. Show the proposed building footprints with F.G. and F.F. eleva-
tions.
c. Show the lot corner elevations.
d. Show the street names.
e. The backlot drainage problem has still not been addressed. How
will this issue be resolved?
3. The following comments refer to the Drainage Report:
a. Please provide drainage calculations, inlet sizing calculations,
and check the calculations on the curb capacity.
b. Provide schematic drawing of final outfall. How will flows get to
the outfall?

c. Please show the location of the Collindale Filings that are refer-
enced in the Drainage Report.
d. Verify the capacity of all existing facilities which will carry_ the
First Tee drainage to the pond.
e. Please provide the P.E. stamp.
4. The site plan should be amended to show the sidewalk running across the
parking spaces. Also, the site plan should show the access ramps.
5. The Poudre Valley Fire Authority requests that the fire hydrant located
on Faraday Circle be moved further to the west to approximately the middle
of the block. Also, a fire hydrant should be added at the eastern corner
(near Carlton) of Faraday Circle and Alcott Street. These locations would
put a hydrant at each end to the Circle and one in the middle.
This concludes staff comments at this time. Please note that because of the
Thanksgiving holiday, the Planning and Zoning Board hearing will be on
November 16, 19,87. In order to stay on schedule for this hearing, the fol-
lowing deadlines will apply:
Plan revisions are due October 28, 1987.
PMT's, colored renderings, and 10 prints are due November 9, 1987.
Final documents are due November 12, 1987.

plat has been revised to eliminate the green belt on the north side.
The remaining tracts will be drainage and utility easements deeded to
the Off Site properties in the Collindale Fifth Filing. Please review
this ASAP and return comments by November loth.
